A3: All items and accessories would be double tested before shipment. To be guaranteed in brand new condition and work perfectly...
All items will be shipped in 2 business days following receipt of payment (except Saturday and holiday).

By defaulty the order would be shipped via DHL ,UPS, EMS , which may take 4-5 days for delivery. ( We will not be responsible with unexpected delay like custom`s process, weather condition etc...).

Q4: How long time of the products Warranty ?

A4: All products we have one year warranty. If this item is defective upon receipt, customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt for exchange of a new one. (buyer should include all original items undamaged in re-saleable condition, thanks).
We offer free repairing service within 1 year of purchase. For the first 3 months of purchase, we will pay one way shipping cost (from China to your location). After 3 months of purchase, the buyer need to pay 2 ways of shipping cost.
